Kissonerga Development Co. Ltd, is the owner
company of Cynthiana
Beach Hotel, and is member of Stavros Papaioannou
Group of Companies. The company was formed in
1976 for the purpose of building and operating
the Cynthiana Beach Hotel in Kissonerga coast
near Paphos. The hotel started its operations
in April 1980. Originally the hotel consisted
of 78 rooms but following a successful operation,
it has rapidly expanded. Today the hotel has
230 beautifully appointed rooms and suites and
enjoys high reputation. Throughout its history,
Cynthiana Beach Hotel has set itself apart as
an innovator in the hospitality industry, by
providing services and amenities that others
consider extras and by continually improving
these services and amenities to meet the changing
needs of its guests.
Kissonerga Development also owns Villa
Cynthia, the first out of ten luxurious villas,
which is situated in a spectacular location in
Saint George of Peyia.
In the same area the company together with Golden
Island Investments, is planning a new
tourist development.
