Ltd together with Golden Island Homes Investments Ltd, own a large area of seaside land very close to Ayios Georgios, Peyias and is planning the development of part of this land by undertaking the construction and operation of a 270-room 5* hotel and bungalows, with a comprehensive range of accommodation, eating, sports and recreational facilities.
